Love this company!! When we first bought our cabin, the toilet in the bathroom got clogged all the time. Called ARose, told them we wanted a "good flusher", he bought one, installed and no problem. Recently ancient downstairs bathtub leaking. They came out, couldn't fix, but found replacement part to special order. Came out again, part doesn't work. Still haven't billed me a thing. Gave them a key, said just replace entirely and replace surround if you have to if it doesn't survive being pulled off the wall. Arrive at cabin today, all new parts, surround intact and no leak!
